MasterShoes ships worldwide. Shipping has a fixed cost of €9.90, which is not included in the price of individual items. During the order summary the customer will be able to see the increase of €9.90 for shipping in his cart.

For each item purchased, the cart will increase by €9.90, so for multiple orders you must pay multiple shipments. This is because the products are shipped individually, even from different suppliers, and for each of them a different shipping number will be provided. For the same reason, it is possible that products purchased in the same order are delivered on different days.

The customer can track his shipment on the website 17track.net/it , or any other tracking site, using your tracking number. This tracking number is provided to the customer, from the date of the order, within 7 working days by email. The customer can also have information about his order through the section “My Account” accessible from our website.

From the moment of ordering these steps are followed:

• The order is processed and dispatched to the supplier within a maximum of 48 hours.
• In the next 3-7 working days the supplier entrusts the package to the courier, who enters it into his computer system and assigns a relative shipping number.
• The goods will travel to the destination country and will be delivered to the customer within 15-45 working days from the order date.
